Us to You:

Counselling sessions:

• we offer 50 minute counselling sessions
• these normally cost £35-£40 (£25 unwaged and fulltime students)
• we will let you know in advance if we need to cancel
• we offer an introductory session at £30

Short courses:

• these will be £45 for a two hour session
• a deposit needs to be paid in advance
• we will let you know in good time if we need to cancel

You to Us:

Counselling sessions:

• you pay us on the day or in advance
• normally you would contract to have a minimum of 4 sessions, with a review on the fourth session
• you will let us know in good time if you need to cancel
• if you don't let us know you need to cancel, we might ask you to pay for the session

Short courses:

• you pay a deposit in advance
• you let us know if you can't make the session at least 24 hours before
